Psychology Resources: Sources for Psychological Measures

Library resources and information for Ferkauf students and faculty

Selected Print Resources

This page will help you locate psychological measures (tests, scales, inventories, etc.) and reviews and other information about the measures. Individual measures may sometimes be found in journal articles or obtained from commercial publishers, document delivery services or from their authors. Some are reprinted in part or in full in books.

Testing materials commonly used in clinical practice are available in the Testing Materials Library of the Ferkauf School, located in the C Level of the Rousso Building. Circulation may be limited to Ferkauf students. Contact the Parnes Psychology Clinic of Ferkauf at 718-430-3852 for more information.

PsycTESTS provides access to psychological tests, measures, scales, surveys, and other assessments as well as descriptive information about the test and its development and administration. PsycTESTS

  • focuses primarily on unpublished tests, those developed by researchers but not made commercially available
  • includes the actual test instrument for most of the tests included
  • includes information about commercially available tests indexed by APA with links to purchase the instrument from the publisher
